What is your shipping policy?
I ship USPS First Class & Priority Mail. Each item is shipped in it's own box or bubble mailer, when possible, to protect from damage. I will ship your item within 3 days of your purchase, please note that many days I am able to ship the same day of order.
What if I am unsatisfied with my order?
If you are ever unsatisfied with any of Wayne & Loretta items you receive feel free to contact the shop and we can discuss a solution. If an item arrives damaged contact Wayne & Loretta within 3 days after arrival of the item, including the address provided for shipment so that USPS can be notified.
Why do you only list one item instead of multiples
I make one of a kind items, if you would like something custom just let me know and we can see what we can work out.
